IWIA Stampers ROCK!!! 8-31-09 meeting & 1st Shoebox Swap

IWIA Stampers ROCK!!!!

I have to say, WoW!!! 19 people showed up!!! This was just amazing. Definitely not disappointing in any way! 11 swappers, cards were fabulous, seeing a sea pink of shirts was terrific and the fellowship was truly amazing. Hearing everyone chit-chatting, happy, giggling, makes my heart happy.

Please don't forget that if you have any friends or family that would like to be a member, please email me at lrzaworski@gmail.com . We are limiting the group to 40-48 people. We are currently at 22, not including Karen C and Amber W if they want to join.

So let's get this one started;

Lynn He. started the shoebox swap off. August's theme was "Manly" cards;

From left to right, Courtney, Sarah, MK and Pam;

OOohh having fun! Left to right; Mary Mc., Lynn He., Mary Helen ... yes... we now 5 Mary's in the group.
From left to right, Crystal, April (hiding) and Merry. It was Merry's first time and of course, she's now HOOKED!!!

A better pic of Crystal and April.
More stamping!! From left to right, Mary Ham (at least the back of her head), Michele and Shawna. It was Mary Ham and Shawna's first night too!!! They had a great time!

I was still trying to get Mary Ham's pic... from left to right, Shawna, Mary Ham and Michele.
Not only does Lynn Ha wear a pink shirt, she drinks a pink drink!!! Instead of Margaritaville, maybe we should call it Stamp-ville? HAHAHAHAH! It doesn't matter what time it is to stamp!

We had 5 of the 16 tables in use. Really 6 tables, but one table has the munchies and beverages on it...

And more stamping... the tables seat 6 per table, but we seat 3 per table so everyone can spread out and not be stuffy. A spread out stamper is a happy stamper!

Mary Mc. & Lynn He.;

Lynn He. & Mary Helen;

April and Karen C. Karen stopped by to check us and and really enjoyed what she saw. Hopefully she will join!!! (I think she will.... she was already wearing a pink shirt! She is one of us and just didn't know it).
Karen C and Merry... chit chatting;

Patti, Lynn Ha and Donna; Donna and Patti won door prizes and ran down like they were on the Price is Right!!! It was hilarious. And thanks for the extra wiggle Donna!!!!

Debbie T. (on the right) was as quiet as a mouse. She was definitely in the zone.

More stamping... and swapping...

OK... now the cards! YEAH!!!
